Legends Together Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the services provided by Legends
Together (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) through our website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the services immediately.

2. Definitions

Account: The personal information, payment details, and credentials required for accessing our services.
Services: The e-learning and other offerings available via the Legends Together platform.
Subscription: Ongoing paid access to services.
User: Any individual using the website or services provided by Legends Together.

3. Payment TermsSubscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless canceled.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing
cycle until cancellation is confirmed.


4. Risk Disclaimer

Trading and investing involve significant financial risk, and there is no guarantee of profit. By
participating in the Legends Together program, you acknowledge that past performance is not indicative
of future results and that you are responsible for any trading decisions you make. You should only trade
with capital you can afford to lose. Legends Together is not liable for any financial loss incurred while
participating in the program.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
This cancellation policy applies to all subscriptions and programs offered by Legends Together.

7-Day Refund Period: You may cancel your subscription or program participation within seven
(7) days of signing up for a full refund. All refund requests must be submitted to
support@L2GTradeAcademy.com.

30-Day Notice for Cancellation: After the 7-day period, you must provide thirty (30) days’ notice
to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Failure to do so will result in charges for
the following month, and refunds will not be issued.

Refunds are not available after the 7-day window unless otherwise required by law.

6. Chargeback Policy

By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to initiate a chargeback for failure to cancel or
any dispute outside the scope of this Agreement.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with documentation showing your acceptance
of these terms and your payment history.

Chargeback fees will be your responsibility if a dispute is resolved in our favor.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, and software, is the intellectual property of
Legends Together or its affiliates. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without
express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Legends Together is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. The User assumes full responsibility for their trading decisions and risks.

9. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for breach of this Agreement or other
reasons, with notice provided by email.

10. Amendments

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this
Agreement will be resolved through amicable negotiations or, if necessary, arbitration in accordance with the rules of a relevant arbitration body.

Funded Account Program Terms

Participants in the Legends Together 90-day Get Funded Program must adhere to the following terms to
qualify for the funded account challenge:

1. Syllabus Completion:

Participants are required to follow the program syllabus and complete all tasks and
assignments within the specified timeframe. Non-compliance will result in
disqualification from the funded account challenge.

2. Attendance:

o Participants are allowed a maximum of two missed live classes during the 90-day period.
Exceeding this limit will void the participant’s eligibility for the funded account
challenge.

3. Adherence to Trading Plan:

Participants must strictly follow the provided trading plan throughout the program. Any
deviation from this plan will void eligibility for the funded account challenge.

4. Simulated Challenge:

Participants are required to pass a simulated trading challenge using a demo account
before qualifying for the funded account challenge. Failure to pass this challenge will
result in disqualification from the funded account.

5. 90-Day Guarantee:

Legends Together will cover the cost of the funded account challenge only if the
participant meets all of the terms outlined above, including completing the syllabus,
attending live classes, following the trading
